Just had a storm? Five things to do first
- Stay off the roof. Wet shingles and loose debris are how people get hurt.
- Photograph what you can from the ground: shingles in the yard, dents on gutters, ceiling stains.
- Catch the water inside with buckets and towels, and move what you can out of the way.
- Call your insurer to open a claim, and write down the claim number.
- Call us for a tarp and a free inspection. Be wary of anyone knocking on doors after a storm.

Repair or replace: how do you decide?
Age, the number of layers already on, and what the deck looks like from the attic. If a repair will give you five good years, we'll quote the repair. The report shows the photos behind the recommendation.
How long does a replacement take?
Most homes take two to four days, and we're watertight every night. You'll get a start date when you sign, and a text the evening before the crew arrives.
Do I need to be home?
No, not for the inspection or the work. We'll need the driveway clear for the dumpster and access to an outdoor outlet. Pets and cars inside for the tear-off, please.
What does the 25-year warranty cover?
Our workmanship: if a leak comes from how we installed it, we fix it at no cost for 25 years, and the warranty moves to the next owner if you sell. The shingle maker's own material warranty is separate, and we register it for you.
Will you deal with my insurance company?
We'll document the damage, write an estimate in the format adjusters use and meet yours on the roof. Your insurer decides what's covered, and we'll never ask you to sign over your claim.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, every town in our area that asks for one, and the fee is in your price. We book the final inspection and send you the sign-off.
