Fitting day · 60–90 min
Braces on, or aligners in
We place your braces or fit your first aligners, show you how to care for them, and send you home with a starter kit and our number.

Every 6–10 weeks
Quick check-ins
Short visits to adjust and track progress, with evening slots on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a text reminder the day before.

When treatment ends
Retainers, included
Your first retainers are made from a final scan and included in your fee, along with retainer checks for the first year.
Evening check-ins until 7:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so school and work don't have to give.

04Who we see
Seven, seventeen or seventy.
Orthodontists suggest a first check around age seven. There's no upper limit: a third of the people in our chairs are adults.

Kids
A first check to see how the adult teeth are coming in. Most kids just need a look every six months until the time is right; a few benefit from early treatment.

Ages 12–17
Teens
Braces in team colors you can change at every visit, or aligners that come out for photos and practice. Check-ins after school, and texts that go to both of you.

The one you meant to do years ago. Discreet options, early and evening check-ins around work, and a fee you'll know in full before you start.

Do I need a referral from my dentist?
No. Book your free consultation directly. If you have a family dentist, we'll send them a note after your visit so everyone is on the same page.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes: the visit, the 3D scan, the photos and the written plan cost nothing, and there's no obligation to start. Most people take a few days to decide, and that's fine.
How long will treatment take?
It depends on your teeth, so we won't guess here. After your scan, Dr. Nadia gives you an estimated range in your written plan, and we keep you posted at every check-in.
What does it feel like?
Fitting day isn't painful: there are no needles and nothing to numb. Most people notice some pressure for a few days after a fitting or a new tray, and soft food helps. We'll talk you through it before you start.
Can I switch from braces to aligners later?
Sometimes. If your plan allows it and you'd like to switch partway through, Dr. Nadia will look at it with you at a check-in and give you any change in fee in writing first.
What if I miss a payment or move away?
Call Devin. We'd always rather move a payment date than add a fee. If you move, we'll send your records to an orthodontist near your new home and settle the balance fairly.
