What's included

Every room, the same careful list.

  • Counters, backsplash and cabinet fronts wiped
  • Sink scrubbed and the faucet shined
  • Stovetop degreased, microwave inside and out
  • Appliance fronts polished, fingerprints and all
  • Table and chairs wiped, crumbs chased
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, corners too
  • Trash out, a fresh bag in

Takes about 40 minutes. Add inside the oven or fridge when they need it.

Plant-based sprays we mix fresh each week, washable cloths color-coded by room, and a quiet vacuum with a proper filter. If you have a favorite product, leave it out and we'll use it.

  • Fragrance-free on request for little ones, sensitive noses and pets
  • Color-coded cloths: yellow for kitchens, peach for bathrooms, never mixed
  • Refill bottles, so a year of visits uses about four

Good to know.

Do I need to be home?

Not at all. Most people leave a key in a lockbox or share a door code. We lock up, and send a text with a photo when we leave.

Should I tidy before you come?

Please don't! A quick pick-up of things you'd rather we didn't move is plenty. Tidying is part of the job.

What if you miss a spot?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back within 48 to put it right, at no charge.

Are your cleaners employees?

Yes. Everyone is on our payroll, paid for travel time, insured and background-checked. Nobody is a stranger sent by an app.

Can I skip a visit?

Yes, with 48 hours' notice, as often as you need. No contract and no fee for skipping.

Do you clean after a move or a party?

We do. Choose "Just once" in the price above for a deep clean, and mention it's a move-out so we bring the extra kit.
