Classes

Four ways to practise

Every class on the timetable is one of these. Choose by how you'd like to feel afterwards.

Slow flow

Gentle · 60 min

Unhurried sequences linked to an even breath, with time to settle into every shape. The kindest way to begin.

Good for first classes, stiff mornings, coming back after a break.

Vinyasa

Lively · 60–75 min

Flowing, breath-led sequences that build warmth and strength. Classes marked Strong add longer holds and a little more sweat.

Good for building strength, clearing your head after work.

Yin

Still · 60–75 min

Long, quiet holds on the floor, mostly with props, for hips, spine and shoulders. Very still, surprisingly deep.

Good for winding down, restless sleepers, desk-tired backs.

Mobility

Steady · 45 min

Joint-by-joint movement for everyday life: easier stairs, freer shoulders, a back that minds the desk a little less.

Good for lunch breaks, runners, anyone who sits a lot.

Teachers

Four teachers, each with their own pace

You'll know them by name after one class, and they'll know yours.

  • Iris Calder

    Slow flow & Beginners

Teaches the way she makes tea: unhurried, warm and exact about the details.

  • Theo Marsh

    Vinyasa & Strong

A former rower who builds heat slowly and always saves time for the last long rest.

  • Ana Lucero

    Mobility

Spent ten years moving with dancers; now turns stiff hips into curious ones.

  • June Okada

    Yin & evening classes

Quiet voice, long holds and the gentlest way of saying you can let go now.
