Website design for real estate teams

A real estate team website that wins the listing appointment

A real estate team's website does what a portal profile can't: it shows who does what on the team, proves you know the neighborhoods, and turns a curious homeowner into a valuation request. We build it around your people and your areas, and link your brokerage's search. The Pro launch has room for a page per neighborhood: $999 once, after a free first draft you've approved.

  • Free first draft
  • Fixed price from $499
  • Pay only at launch

We usually recommend the Pro launch: up to 15 pages, $999 once.

What a real estate team website needs

Every agent and role by name, a page per neighborhood you know, a valuation request and your brokerage's listing search one tap away.

  • The team, by name and role

Your team lead, listing agents, buyer's agents and transaction coordinator, each with a photo, a line in their own voice and how to reach them, so a seller knows who handles what before the first call.

  • A page for each area you work

A page per neighborhood or town about the streets, the kinds of homes, the parks and the commute, written from what you know. It describes the place and the homes, never who should live there: fair housing rules cover every page.

  • A home valuation request a person answers

A short form that asks for the owner's name, a phone or email and the property's address, nothing more, and lands in your inbox or lead system. You prepare the number yourself, so the page promises a call and a market analysis, not an instant estimate.

  • Listings through your brokerage's search

A Search homes button opens the listing search your brokerage or MLS provides, and a few homes you're proud of can be featured with your own photos and words. We don't build IDX feeds, so the full search stays theirs and stays current.

  • Your brokerage, shown as your state asks

The brokerage's name and license details sit beside the team's name on every page, the way your state and your broker require. In Texas, the homepage also links the Information About Brokerage Services form and the Consumer Protection Notice.

  • Reviews you've earned, where they live

Buttons to your reviews on Google and Zillow, and recent sales only where you were the listing or buyer's agent and your broker allows showing them. We never write a review or a result for you.

The pages a real estate team site usually has

  • Home
  • Meet the team
  • Buying with us
  • Selling and home valuation
  • Neighborhoods (a page for each area you work)
  • Search homes (links to your brokerage's search)
  • Reviews and recent sales
  • Contact

Which plan fits

A team usually wants a page for buyers, one for sellers, one for the team and one for each neighborhood it works, and those neighborhood pages are the ones that bring searches in. That's the Pro launch: up to 15 pages for $999, paid once when you launch.

What we link

Forms send to the inbox or the lead address your CRM gives you, so a valuation request lands in Follow Up Boss or Lofty with the rest of your leads. Showings and listing consultations book through your Calendly, and the search and your reviews stay where they are, opened by the site's buttons.

  • Your brokerage's listing search
  • Follow Up Boss
  • Lofty
  • Calendly
  • Zillow
  • Google Business Profile

What to get right

  • A team name without its brokerage

Many states have rules for team names: the brokerage's name has to appear in the ad, sometimes how prominently, and some words are off limits for a team. The Realtor code of ethics also asks for the firm's name in every ad. We lay it out the way your broker approves.

  • Calling a valuation an appraisal

Appraisals are done by licensed appraisers. Your page offers a comparative market analysis or a price opinion, in the words your state and your broker use, and never an automatic figure that someone would have to make up.

  • Claiming sales that weren't yours

Under the Realtor code, only the listing or buyer's agent in a sale may say they sold it, and the whole site should give a "true picture" of the team. Recent sales go on the page only as you give them to us.

  • Neighborhood pages that describe the buyer

"Adults only", "no kids" or "ideal for singles" state a preference 42 U.S.C. 3604(c) bars in housing ads, and even "perfect for young families" can read as one. We keep the wording neutral, about the homes, the streets and what's nearby, and you approve every page.

How it works

Three steps, and most of the work is ours.

  1. 5 minutes

    Tell us about your business

The short form, or a chat with the team. Send photos, your logo, your menu: whatever you have.

  2. 5 to 7 business days

    Get your free first draft

Screenshots for computer and phone and a private preview link (2 to 3 business days with priority, overnight with rush). Ask for changes in plain words until it's right.

  3. When you're ready

    Approve, pay and launch

Pay the fixed launch fee only when you're happy. With the care plan, we put the site live on your domain and look after it; without it, we hand you the files to host yourself.

Questions about real estate team websites

How much does a real estate team website cost?

Most teams choose the Pro launch: $999 once for up to 15 pages, room for the team, buyers, sellers and a page per neighborhood, paid only after you've approved a free first draft. Hosting, your domain and 4 small edits a month, such as a new agent or a featured home, are the optional care plan at $49 a month. See every price.

Can the website show every listing in our area?

Through a link, yes: a Search homes button opens your brokerage's or your MLS's own search, which shows every listing it's allowed to and keeps itself current. We don't build IDX feeds; a handful of featured homes with your own photos sit on the site itself.

How does the home valuation form work?

It asks for the owner's name, how to reach them and the property's address, then sends it to your inbox or your CRM. It doesn't produce an automatic number: you or one of your agents follows up with a market analysis, which is the conversation you wanted anyway.

We already have profiles on our brokerage's site. Why a team site?

Your brokerage's page lists you; a team site makes the case for you. It's where your neighborhood pages, your team's story and a valuation request that comes only to you do their work, under the team's own name and, still, your brokerage's.

Who writes the neighborhood pages?

We write the words for every page, on every launch. For each area we start from your notes or a short call about the streets, the homes and the places people walk to, and you correct anything we got wrong before launch.

Will neighborhood pages help people find us?

They give searchers a page that matches what they typed, which a single team page can't. Nobody can promise a place in search results, but every page has search-ready titles and descriptions, and SEO & AEO care on the care plan keeps working on it every month.
