Cider for Real Estate designs websites for agents, teams, brokerages and property managers: the homes you're featuring, the neighborhoods you know street by street, and a valuation request that reaches you, not a portal. Every site is designed from a blank page, never a template. Your first draft is free in 5 to 7 business days, and the fixed launch fee, from $499, comes only when you launch.

Our work
Four real estate sites, each designed from a blank page, from the most classic to the boldest. Each is a real, working website: open one on your phone and try it.

New-development loft residences
A new development drawn like architect's sheets: walk the building sideways, watch each floor's plan draw, and register interest.

A hand-picked set of featured homes with real photos, filters and open-house times, and a clear button to the full listing search your brokerage or provider already runs.
A short, friendly home valuation form that asks for the address, the home and the timing, then lands in your inbox or your lead system, never in a portal's queue.
A page or a section for each neighborhood you work: the streets, the homes, what people love there, in your words, so searchers find you before they find a portal.
Each agent with a role, a line about who they are and how to reach them, so a buyer knows who will answer before they call.
Your brokerage's name, license details you give us and a fair housing statement in every footer, with listing disclaimers worded for your broker to review before launch.
Most home searches happen on a phone: tap to call or text, listing photos that load fast, and forms short enough to finish at a red light (parked, ideally).
Works with what you use
Your listing search, your lead system and your resident portal stay where they are, and the site's buttons open them. Forms go to your inbox or to the lead address your system gives you, and if you change providers we change the link.
Three steps
Most of the work is ours. You tell us about your business, we design it, and you launch when you're happy.
The short form, or a chat with the team. Send photos, your logo, your menu: whatever you have.
Screenshots for computer and phone and a private preview link (2 to 3 business days with priority, overnight with rush). Ask for changes in plain words until it's right.
Pay the fixed launch fee only when you're happy. With the care plan, we put the site live on your domain and look after it; without it, we hand you the files to host yourself.
Most agents and teams want a page for buyers, one for sellers and one for each neighborhood they work, which is more than a five-page site holds; a solo agent or a small property manager often fits a smaller launch. That's the Pro launch: up to 15 pages for $999, paid once when you launch.
Bigger, or several locations? Every plan, and a custom quote, is below.

Questions
Not a real estate? Cider for Real Estate is one part of Cider Websites. See every kind of business we design for.
Most teams and brokerages choose the Pro launch: $999 once for up to 15 pages, room for the neighborhood pages that bring searches in. A solo agent or a small property manager often fits the Website launch, $499 for up to 5 pages. Either way you see a free first draft before you pay, and every price is public.
Your site features the homes you choose, with your own photos and words, and a clear button opens the full listing search your brokerage or IDX provider already runs. We link that search rather than rebuild it, so it stays current and within your MLS's display rules.
Yes. Every page carries your brokerage's name, the license details you give us and a fair housing statement, and listing pages carry the disclaimer your broker asks for. We send the draft for your broker to review before anything goes live.
Valuation, showing and contact forms send to your inbox, or to the lead email address that systems like Follow Up Boss and kvCORE give you, so new leads land where your follow-up already happens.
Yes, through the resident portal you already use. Pay rent and repair buttons open AppFolio, Buildium or whichever portal you run, and your rental listings, owner fees and service area sit on the site itself. Small changes later, like a new rental or a fee update, are among the care plan's 4 small edits a month.
Every site we build has search-ready page titles and descriptions, your office address and hours in a form search engines read, and fast pages on a phone; neighborhood pages give searchers a reason to land on you. For ongoing search work, add SEO & AEO care to the care plan, and read our guide to getting your business on Google.
