Website design for pilates studios

Pilates studio website design that fills the reformers

A pilates studio's website has to explain what someone is booking before they book it: reformer or mat, which level, and what the intro pack includes. We build it around your classes and the booking platform you already run. One studio fits the Website launch, $499 once, with a free first draft in 5 to 7 business days to approve first.

  • Free first draft
  • Fixed price from $499
  • Pay only at launch

We usually recommend the Website launch: up to 5 pages, $499 once.

What a pilates studio website needs

Reformer and mat told apart, levels that say who they suit, the intro pack up front and booking from your platform.

  • Reformer and mat, told apart

What a reformer class is (a spring-loaded machine, a small group sized by the number of machines in the room) and what a mat class is, plus tower, chair or barrel work if you teach it. The two are usually priced differently, so the site says which is which before anyone buys a pack.

  • Levels that say who they're for

Foundations, Level 1, Level 2 or open: what each one expects, and the rule you set for moving up, such as a few foundations classes before a faster flow. Prenatal and postnatal classes, if you teach them, say who they suit and when to check with a doctor first.

  • The intro pack up front

The new-client offer on the home page and beside the schedule: how many classes it includes, how long it lasts, whether it covers reformer, mat or both, and which class to start with. One button buys it in your booking platform.

  • A schedule from your booking platform

Classes, instructors and spots left come from Mindbody, Momence, Arketa or WellnessLiving, embedded where the platform offers it or linked from every Book button. Reformer picks, waitlists and late-cancel rules keep working exactly as they do in the platform.

  • Privates and duets

One-to-one and duet sessions with who they suit (someone new to the reformer who wants a start before group class, or anyone who'd rather work at their own pace), who teaches them and how to book. Shown well, they can also fill the quieter hours of your week.

  • The first class, explained

Grip socks or not, what to wear, how early to arrive for a reformer setup, whether the doors close once class starts, and your late-cancel window, in your words. Newcomers stop worrying about the machine when they know what happens in the first five minutes.

The pages a pilates studio site usually has

  • Home with the intro pack
  • Classes: reformer, mat and privates
  • Schedule and prices
  • Instructors
  • New here? First-class guide and contact

Which plan fits

One studio fits on a handful of pages: the classes (reformer, mat and privates), the schedule and prices with the intro pack, the instructors, and a first-timers' page. A teacher training program usually earns pages of its own on a larger launch. That's the Website launch: up to 5 pages for $499, paid once when you launch.

What we link

Bookings, reformer picks, waitlists, class packs and memberships stay in your booking platform: the site shows its schedule where it can, and every Book button opens it. Switch platforms later and we change the links, not the site.

What to get right

  • Calling every class "all levels"

A first-timer on a reformer in a fast class has a hard hour and may not book another. Say which classes a beginner should start with and what moving up requires, and the timetable sorts itself out.

  • An intro pack with fine print nobody sees

New clients only, expires in a set number of days, reformer classes excluded: if those terms appear only after payment, people feel tricked. We put the offer's terms beside the offer, in your words.

  • Body promises in the copy

"Long, lean muscles", inches lost or a before-and-after from one client are results claims. Under the FTC's Endorsement Guides, a client's story has to be real, used with permission and honest about what's typical. We describe what each class works on instead.

  • Membership and late-cancel terms buried

Auto-renewing memberships and cancellation fees can fall under state law and, for online sign-ups, the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA). Your terms, in your words, go on the prices page and are linked from the sign-up in your booking platform.

How it works

Three steps, and most of the work is ours.

  1. 5 minutes

    Tell us about your business

The short form, or a chat with the team. Send photos, your logo, your menu: whatever you have.

  2. 5 to 7 business days

    Get your free first draft

Screenshots for computer and phone and a private preview link (2 to 3 business days with priority, overnight with rush). Ask for changes in plain words until it's right.

  3. When you're ready

    Approve, pay and launch

Pay the fixed launch fee only when you're happy. With the care plan, we put the site live on your domain and look after it; without it, we hand you the files to host yourself.

Questions about pilates studio websites

How much does a pilates studio website cost?

Most single studios choose the Website launch: $499 once for up to 5 pages, paid only after you've approved a free first draft. With teacher training or a second location, the Pro launch fits better. The optional care plan, $49 a month, covers hosting, your domain and 4 small edits a month. See every price.

Can the site show our Momence or Arketa schedule?

Yes, and Mindbody or WellnessLiving too. Where your platform has a schedule widget we embed it, so the site shows the same classes, instructors and spots left as your front desk sees. Otherwise every class links straight to its booking page.

Can clients pick their reformer or join a waitlist?

Yes, when your booking platform offers it: spot picking, waitlists and late-cancel rules all run there, and the site sends people to it. We never build a booking system of our own, so nothing changes for your front desk.

Can we promote our teacher training program?

Yes. A training gets its own pages: the format (mat, reformer or comprehensive), dates and hours, prerequisites, what it costs as you price it, and an application that goes to your inbox or your platform. Studios with a full training program usually choose the Pro launch.

We teach mat pilates and a few yoga classes too. Is that one site?

Yes. Each kind of class gets its own description and level, all in one timetable. If yoga is a big part of your week, our page on yoga studio websites shows what that side needs.

Do you write the class descriptions and instructor bios?

We write the words for every page, on every launch. After a short call about your studio we draft every class, level and instructor line, and you change anything that isn't how you'd say it.
