How much does a website for a cleaning company cost?
Most cleaning companies fit the Website launch: $499 once for up to 5 pages, paid only after you've approved a free first draft. If you also clean offices or work in several cities, the Pro launch ($999) has room for a page each. We write the words for every page, on every launch. Hosting, your domain, support and 4 small edits a month, like a new price or ZIP code, are the optional care plan at $49 a month. All our prices.
Can the site show an instant price for each home?
Yes. We build a simple estimate from your own rates (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, how often, and any extras) that shows a price range or a starting price, as you prefer. The Book now button then takes the customer to your booking software to confirm. If your booking tool already prices by home size, we can send people straight there instead.
Will it work with Launch27, BookingKoala or Jobber?
Yes. Customers choose a date, enter their address and pay in the booking form you already run, and the site links that form from every page. Recurring schedules, reminders and card details stay in that software, never on the website.
What should a house cleaning website include?
Prices or a price estimate, what each type of clean includes, the area you serve, your team, your policies on cancellations, keys, pets and re-cleans, a link to your Google reviews, and a booking button that's on every screen.
Can we say we're insured and bonded?
If you are, yes, and it's worth saying near the booking button. Tell us what you carry and we write exactly that: if you're insured but not bonded, the site says insured. You approve every page before it's published.
Will people find us when they search for house cleaning near me?
There's no switch for that, and anyone who promises you a spot is guessing. What helps is your towns and ZIP codes on the page in words, a separate section for recurring, deep and move-out cleans, a page that's quick on a phone, and reviews on your Google Business Profile. SEO & AEO care, added to the care plan, keeps tending it month after month.
