How much does a clinic website cost?
Most single-location clinics choose the Website launch: $499 once for up to 5 pages, paid only after you've seen a free first draft with your own services on it. Hosting comes with the optional care plan, $49 a month, together with your domain and 4 small edits a month for new hours, new practitioners and price changes. Every price is public.
Can patients book online through the website?
Yes. We link the booking system you already use, such as Jane, Mindbody or Vagaro, from every page and from a sticky button on phones. If you'd rather take requests, the site's form asks only for contact details, a preferred time and whether they're new: nothing clinical is asked or stored on the website.
Can you write about what we treat without overpromising?
Yes. We describe your services as what you do and who usually comes to you for them, never as results. We avoid words like cures and fixes, keep any professional rules you follow in mind, and you approve every word before launch.
We have several practitioners and two locations. Does that fit?
Yes. Each practitioner gets a short profile and each location its own hours, map and booking link. Two or three locations with a page each usually fit the Pro launch, up to 15 pages; larger groups get a custom quote.
Will new patients find us on Google?
Every site we build has search-ready page titles for each service and your town, your hours and address in a form search engines read, and fast pages on a phone. Keep your Google Business Profile matching the site. For ongoing search work, add SEO & AEO care to the care plan. Our guide covers getting your business on Google.
