Website design for barbershops

Barbershop website design that looks like your shop

A barbershop website has to answer three things before someone walks over: do you take walk-ins, who's cutting today, and what a fade costs. We design yours from a blank page around your chairs, with every barber's own booking link and the feel of the place. Most shops fit the Website launch, a fixed $499 paid once the free first draft looks like your shop.

  • Free first draft
  • Fixed price from $499
  • Pay only at launch

We usually recommend the Website launch: up to 5 pages, $499 once.

What a barbershop website needs

Walk-ins or appointments made clear, every barber with their own booking link, prices on the wall and the shop's own look.

  • Walk-ins or appointments, said up front

Whether you take walk-ins, appointments or both, the hours each one runs and when the last walk-in is taken, on the first screen. If your check-in app shows a live wait or a waitlist, we link it, so the number comes from the app rather than a guess.

  • Every barber, with their own booking link

A photo, the cuts they're known for, the days they're in and a Book button that opens their own calendar. Where barbers rent chairs and each run their own Booksy, Squire or Square Appointments page, every button goes to the right one.

  • Services and prices on the wall

Cuts, fades, lineups, beard trims, hot towel shaves and kids' cuts, each with its price and time, and "from" prices where a barber's level changes them. Nobody should have to call to find out what a skin fade costs.

  • The shop's own look

Your sign, your chairs, your colors and photos of your own room, designed from a blank page rather than a template, so the site feels like walking in. A shop that sells its atmosphere gets a site that has one.

  • Hours that match the chairs

Opening hours, the days each barber works, holiday hours, and whether you take cards, cash or both, in text search engines can read and quick to change when the schedule does.

  • Fresh cuts, with permission

A gallery of your own work, from photos of clients who were happy to be posted, with your Instagram linked for everything newer and the tag clients should use when they share.

The pages a barbershop site usually has

  • Home
  • Services and prices
  • The barbers, each with a booking link
  • Walk-ins, hours and policies
  • The shop, gallery and directions

Which plan fits

Most shops say everything on a handful of pages: the cuts and prices, the barbers, walk-ins and hours, and the shop itself. That's the Website launch: up to 5 pages for $499, paid once when you launch.

What we link

Bookings, deposits, waitlists and payments stay in the app your shop and your barbers already use, and the site's buttons open it, one link per barber when each has their own. We take no commission on bookings, and if anyone switches apps we change the link.

  • Squire
  • Square Appointments
  • theCut
  • Instagram
  • Google Business Profile

What to get right

  • A template that looks like every other shop

A stock layout with a stock barber pole tells a new client nothing about your chairs or your barbers. We design from your shop, your sign and your work, so the site looks like the place they're about to walk into.

  • One booking link for a shop of chair renters

When every barber runs their own booking page, one shop-wide button sends clients to the wrong calendar or to nobody's. Each profile gets its own button, and the menu says who does what.

  • "Walk-ins welcome" when the chairs are full

If Saturdays are booked solid, say so, and say when walk-ins have their best chance. An honest line saves someone a wasted trip, and saves you the review they'd write about it.

  • Instagram as the only website

Posts show off your fades but not your hours, your prices or how to book, and search engines barely read them. Link your feed from the site, and let the site answer the questions.

How it works

Three steps, and most of the work is ours.

  1. 5 minutes

    Tell us about your business

The short form, or a chat with the team. Send photos, your logo, your menu: whatever you have.

  2. 5 to 7 business days

    Get your free first draft

Screenshots for computer and phone and a private preview link (2 to 3 business days with priority, overnight with rush). Ask for changes in plain words until it's right.

  3. When you're ready

    Approve, pay and launch

Pay the fixed launch fee only when you're happy. With the care plan, we put the site live on your domain and look after it; without it, we hand you the files to host yourself.

Questions about barbershop websites

How much does a barbershop website cost?

Most barbershops choose the Website launch: $499 once for up to 5 pages, paid only after you've seen a free first draft with your own prices and barbers on it. Several locations, or a full page for every barber, fit the Pro launch. Hosting, your domain and 4 small edits a month, such as a price change or a new barber, are the optional care plan, $49 a month. See every price.

Can each barber have their own booking link?

Yes. Each barber's profile gets a Book button that opens their own Booksy, Squire, Square Appointments or theCut page, or the shop's calendar with that barber chosen where the app allows it. When someone joins or leaves, updating the profile is a small edit.

We're walk-in only. Do we still need a website?

Yes: people look a shop up before they walk over. Your hours, when the last walk-in is taken, your prices and where to park answer what they want to know, and if your check-in app has a public waitlist, the site links to it.

Can you make the site look like our shop?

That's the point of designing from a blank page. Send photos of the shop, your sign and your logo, tell us the era or the music it leans on, and the first draft is designed around them; you see it free before you pay anything. We write the words for every page, on every launch.

Will people find us when they search for a barber near me?

Services named the way people search (skin fade, beard trim, hot towel shave), your address and hours in text, a fast site on a phone and a current Google Business Profile all help, though nobody can promise a position in search results. For monthly work on search, add SEO & AEO care to the care plan.
