Cider for SalonsFree first draft, no card needed

Salon websites that keep the book full

Cider for Salons designs websites for hair salons, barbershops, nail studios and day spas: the menu with real prices, the team by name, your own work, and booking a tap away. Every site is designed from a blank page for your chairs and your clients, never a template. Your first draft is free in 5 to 7 business days, and the fixed launch fee, from $499, comes only when you launch.

Our work

Salon sites we've designed

Four salon sites, each designed from a blank page, from the most classic to the boldest. Each is a real, working website: open one on your phone and try it.

Made for you

What every salon site we build does

  • Booking a tap away

A Book button on every service, every stylist and the phone's first screen, opening the booking page you already use with the right service chosen where your system allows it.

  • Prices clients can read

Your whole menu with prices and times, "from" prices where length or thickness matters, and prices by stylist level when you price that way, so nobody has to call to ask.

  • The team by name

Each stylist, barber or nail artist with their level and what they love doing, so a new client books the right chair the first time.

  • Your work, not stock photos

A lookbook, this season's sets or before-and-afters from your own photos, with your Instagram linked for everything newer.

  • Hours, walk-ins and policies

Today's hours and whether you're open now, how walk-ins work, and cancellation, lateness and deposit policies written in plain words.

  • Gift cards and add-ons

A gift card button that opens your provider's page, and add-ons explained beside the services they go with, so clients add them before they arrive.

Works with what you use

Linked to the tools you already run

Booking, deposits, reminders and gift cards stay in the system your front desk already runs, and the site's buttons open it. We take no commission on bookings, and if you switch providers we change the links.

Three steps

How it works

Most of the work is ours. You tell us about your business, we design it, and you launch when you're happy.

  1. 5 minutes

    Tell us about your business

The short form, or a chat with the team. Send photos, your logo, your menu: whatever you have.

  2. 5 to 7 business days

    Get your free first draft

Screenshots for computer and phone and a private preview link (2 to 3 business days with priority, overnight with rush). Ask for changes in plain words until it's right.

  3. When you're ready

    Approve, pay and launch

Pay the fixed launch fee only when you're happy. With the care plan, we put the site live on your domain and look after it; without it, we hand you the files to host yourself.

Which plan fits

A single salon or shop says everything new clients look for on a handful of pages: the menu with prices, the team, your work, and how to book. That's the Website launch: up to 5 pages for $499, paid once when you launch.

Bigger, or several locations? Every plan, and a custom quote, is below.

Pricing

Simple, fixed prices

One fee, paid once when you launch, from $499. Choose by how many pages your site needs, or ask for a custom quote.

About the care plan

Questions

Questions salon owners ask

Not a salon? Cider for Salons is one part of Cider Websites. See every kind of business we design for.

How much does a salon website cost?

Most salons and barbershops choose the Website launch: $499 once for up to 5 pages, paid only after you've seen a free first draft with your own menu and team on it. Hosting comes with the optional care plan, $49 a month, together with your domain and 4 small edits a month for price changes and new faces. Every price is public.

Can clients book on the site?

Yes, through the booking system you already use. We add clear Book buttons beside every service and stylist that open your booking page, so appointments, deposits and reminders still run where your front desk expects them. We take no commission on bookings.

Should we put prices on the website?

We recommend it: clients compare salons on their phones before they call. We lay your menu out the way you price it, by stylist level, with "from" prices for longer hair or color, or as a simple list, and a price change later is one of the care plan's small edits.

We take walk-ins. Can the site show the wait?

The site shows your hours, how walk-ins work and when the last one is taken. If your check-in or waitlist tool has a public page or a live wait, we link to it, so the number comes from the tool rather than from a guess.

Will clients find us on Google?

Every site we build has search-ready page titles and descriptions, your address and hours in a form search engines read, and fast pages on a phone. For ongoing search work, add SEO & AEO care to the care plan. Our guide covers getting your business on Google.
