How it works

From a short chat to a site on your own domain

Here's every step, what you do, and what we do. Most of the work is ours.

  1. Chat with us, or fill in the form

    Tell us in the chat about your business, one question at a time, and send your photos, logo and menu. Prefer a form? The short form asks the same things, and lets you pick your launch and how soon you'd like the first draft.

    We confirm your email with a 6-digit code before we build anything, so nobody can order a site in your name.

  2. Your free first draft

    Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days, included. In a hurry? Priority brings it to 2 to 3 business days (+$199), and rush delivers it overnight, by 9:00 the next business morning (+$399). If we miss a priority or rush target for a reason on our side, we refund that fee.

    A person from our team checks every first draft before it reaches you. You get an email with computer and phone screenshots and a private preview link. The preview isn't public and search engines don't list it.

  3. Changes, in the chat

    Open the preview and tell us what to change: "a bigger photo of the shop", "add Saturday hours". We sum up the changes on a card, you confirm, and the new version appears in the chat once it has passed our checks.

    A launch includes 5 rounds of changes; the Pro and Signature launches have unlimited rounds. After that, an extra round is $79, or we'll quote larger work.

  4. Approve and pay

    When you're happy, press Approve on the preview or in the chat and pay securely by card. You accept our terms at this step, not before.

    You pay only when you launch.

  5. Launch on your domain

    Connect a domain you own (we send simple steps for your registrar and never ask for its password), or, with a care plan, we register a .com in your name and renew it while the plan runs. A person on our team approves every launch, and we email you when you're live.

  6. Care, if you want it

    The care plan ($49 a month, or $490 a year) covers hosting, your domain, 4 small edits a month and support. Ask for edits in the chat or by email. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the paid period.
